Description:
|
Responsible for maintenance and repair of broadcast equipment, including transmitters, VTR’s, cameras, switching equipment, microwave, computers, computer software and networking.
Provide support of news operations including live remote broadcasts.
Maintain a positive work environment through active team participation and a positive attitude focused on quality service.
Maintain a knowledge of FCC broadcast rules and regulations.
Available to work various hours and days including weekends and holidays. Available for travel, maintaining a network of transmitters and microwave relay sites.

Qualifications:
|
Three- four years experience in electronic repair, broadcast experience preferred.
College degree, trade school degree in electronics or SBE certification in broadcast maintenance preferred.
Able to read and interpret schematics.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
